your assistant Nina at the Loughborough store was polite, pleasant and helpful.
She helped me to choose an ideal single spare bed and mattress.
My purchase number was

and my name is Joan Barnard.

She also told me that I would be entered into a competition to pay for my purchase and that an email wold be sent to me saying all this. I wanted to enter the competition so looked for the email - unfortunately I cannot open the email ( I do not have 'word 'so please would you resend it in a different format. 13-07-17
